Responsible data handling
Limited purpose
Client data is used only to complete the agreed work.
Controlled access
Access is limited to the people and systems needed for the engagement.
Backup
Backup and rollback requirements are established before a migration where appropriate.
Temporary copies
Their location, protection, duration, and deletion are agreed for the project.

Validation and documentation
Checks are proportional to the work: device status, file lists, record counts, totals, formats, samples, or functional tests.
An exception is not hidden. It is recorded, explained, and directed to the person authorized to decide.

Specialized partners
When regulated recycling, physical destruction, or another specialized capability is required, Pafuli can coordinate an appropriate provider identified for the project. That provider’s qualifications and scope are never represented as those of Studio Pafuli Inc.
No reference to compliance, certification, or a standard replaces the client’s written requirements.

Are you NIST certified?
NIST SP 800-88 is guidance, not a general vendor certification. Any stated method must fit the media, actual procedure, and client requirements.
How do you handle subcontractors?
Roles, access, data flows, and applicable requirements are defined and disclosed according to the contract.
